The theft of Mellstroy’s elite cars: Yuriy Pashchenko and Maksim Budka are preparing a heist worth millions of rubles

Popular blogger Mellstroy hosted a stream where he revealed details about how Yura from the Jetcar salon is offering to steal luxury vehicles. Mellstroy also presented a recording of a conversation in which the Jetcar owner elaborates on his plans for the theft and mentions specific car models he intends to steal.
For those not aware of the conflict history: Yura-Jetcar (Yuriy Pashchenko) is the owner and face of the luxury Moscow car salon Jetcar, which sells the most top-end car models: Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bugatti, and others. Mellstroy (real name Andrey Burim), among other famous and public figures, was his client for a long time. Last year, a conflict arose between Mellstroy and Yura-Jetcar—the former gave the latter a deposit for a Bugatti but later changed his mind about buying it and decided to get his money back. However, there was a problem with the return of this money; Asab Tamaev offered to help Mellstroy, seemingly recovered the money, but Mellstroy never saw it. Об этом сообщает Daily Brief
The conflict developed slowly, with Yura-Jetcar rarely responding to Mellstroy’s accusations, which he regularly voiced, while Tamaev remained silent. Then it all sort of faded and quieted down, but unexpectedly Mellstroy held a stream where he recounted how Yura-Jetcar proposed to his former friend and agent Maksim Budka to steal cars. Moreover, he posted a recording of a conversation between the car salon owner and his agent, in which the former describes the theft scheme and lists the cars he proposes to steal. People who personally know Yura-Jetcar assure that it is indeed his voice on the tape. More than half a million users viewed the stream, meaning Mellstroy’s accusations received significant attention.
According to Mellstroy, Yura-Jetcar contacted Maksim Budka and proposed hacking the cars that Mellstroy had bought in his salon, re-register them, and sell them. It concerns six cars from Mellstroy’s fleet, which are worth tens of millions of rubles. Yura-Jetcar knows that Maksim Budka had a conflict with Mellstroy (this is no secret to anyone), he also knows that Andrey Burim cannot return to Russia due to an open criminal case, and his cars are located in Moscow. The loot would be substantial—just last March, Mellstroy bought 10 cars for 580 million rubles.

From the conversation recording posted by Mellstroy, it becomes apparent that Yura-Jetcar suggested to Maksim Budka that they tow the cars with a wrecker, re-register them and sell them at a time when Mellstroy’s problems worsen and he experiences financial difficulties to distress him even more. Yura-Jetcar assured Maks Budka that he already found a buyer (according to him, it is Timati). When asked about Budka’s safety following such a risky operation, Yura-Jetcar stated, "Hire three security guards for a hundred thousand each and no one will touch you."
The situation for Mellstroy worsens because six cars from his fleet are registered to Maksim Budka. In other words, there would be no formal theft, although the cars were bought with Mellstroy’s money. The recording suggests that Jetcar believes Mellstroy is somehow guilty to him and, on this basis, proposes to swindle him out of those cars registered to Maks Budka. At the same time, Yura-Jetcar recalls Maks’s conflict with Andrey and proposes not only to "take revenge" but also to secure a beautiful life—"buy an apartment, hire security, what can he [Mellstroy] do to you?"
Of course, Yura-Jetcar will deny the authenticity of the conversation, but the thing is, aside from the statements of those who know him personally, claiming that the voice on the tape is his, there is another important factor—Maksim Budka, who recorded this conversation, was with Mellstroy during the stream.
Additionally, Timati somehow found himself embroiled in the conflict. According to Yura-Jetcar, Timati is ready "to take two cars." Whether Timati himself knows about this or not—unknown. Nevertheless, his name appears on the tape.
Interestingly, Yura-Jetcar himself does not want to engage directly in the sale: "I just don’t want to be involved... I’ll connect you with those who will do everything... I’ll help you sell them." He explains his position: "I don’t want to be involved, you know why? Well because he apparently [referring to Mellstroy] will be calling me names. The obscene text of Yura-Jetcar further reveals that he fears losing his reputation, already tarnished by the scandal with Mellstroy over the returned deposit.
In essence, Mellstroy accused the car salon owner of a premeditated theft of a huge sum of money within an organized group. Unless the owner of the Jetcar salon, Yuriy Pashchenko, can prove the recording is fake, he will suffer massive reputational damage, from which he attempts to distance himself. Besides that, even though technically it’s not theft according to the criminal code, it quite legitimately allows opening a criminal case for preparation for fraud of a particularly large scale. And for that, the statement from Andrey Burim himself is unnecessary—what was said during his stream suffices.
The situation for Yura-Jetcar is worsened because the authenticity of the recording is confirmed by its other party—Maksim Budka. He seemingly understood that in the event of the sale of Mellstroy’s cars, registered in his name, he would end up being the fall guy. Because Yuriy Pashchenko would definitely deceive him too, and formally he would be uninvolved in this deal. So, the Jetcar salon and its owner Yuriy Pashchenko once again face reputational issues, again arising from Mellstroy.
