The founder of the liquidated LLC «Skailcar» until 2022 was Galina Lebedeva, the wife of the late Vladimir Zhirinovsky. She owned 5 active companies and 5 liquidated ones. All operated with minimal profit or showed losses.
For example, LLC «Raritet-M» with a revenue of 28 million rubles in 2021 suffered losses of 498 million rubles, the company never had profits. The company might have been owned by Igor Lebedev through LLC «Richard Home».
In 2022, the founder of LLC «Richard Home» was the Cypriot offshore «CANCELLARI LIMITED», and until 2017 the owner was CJSC «Telmi», whose shares Igor Lebedev held until 2022.
LLC «Verde Fitness» in 2022 received revenue of 50 million rubles, loss — 4.7 million rubles, negative capital — 19 million rubles. LLC «Greens» — revenue of 9.4 million rubles, loss — 12 million rubles.
The presence of offshores and companies operating at a loss suggests that money from them could have been withdrawn for the purchase of elite real estate. But two and even three firms of Nadezhda Grishaeva are clearly not enough for machinations.
Is that what Grishaeva’s secret assets are for?
The key company in Nadezhda Grishaeva’s empire could have been the liquidated on June 26 LLC «Skailcar», engaged in car rental and leasing, as both Galina Lebedeva and Nadezhda Grishaeva were related to it. She was the director of the enterprise in 2018.
She was succeeded in this position by Aleksandr Mishin. Until 2020, he was the founder of LLC «Residence-City», now owned by Galina Lebedeva.
LLC «Priority Star», owned by Aleksandr Mishin and Vadim Grakov, looks very much like a shell company, with 0 employees on staff, no revenue and profit ever recorded.
Aleksandr Mishin from 2016 to 2019 was the general director of LLC «Swap», which currently belongs to Galina Lebedeva and from 2015 to 2019 managed LLC «Residence-City». Mishin is undoubtedly a close partner of Grishaeva and Lebedeva.
In 2020, Konstantin Savostyanov replaced Aleksandr Mishin as the general director of LLC «Skailcar». Previously, he was a founder of the liquidated in 2017 LLC «BK», dealing with car rental and leasing, and with Maksim Shestopalov – in LLC «Delta», which provides auxiliary services for business.
Shestopalov owns two active companies: LLC «Premier M» and LLC «Premier-Service», 5 already liquidated. The first shows the same fantastic financial results as LLC «Priority Star» of Mishin and Grakov.
The liquidated companies have similar financial indicators. Apparently, the firms were used for siphoning off money.
In March 2022, Andrey Makushichev took the position of general director of LLC «Skailcar». He was previously a director in 9 liquidated companies and a founder in two. All liquidated companies had different founders, who are related to other companies.
The owner of LLC «Infinity» Vyacheslav Balkizov had the liquidated LLC «ProjectCapital», where money might have been withdrawn, without revenue and profit the enterprise’s cost – 323 million rubles.

The owner of LLC «Dekusmedica», where Andrey Makushichev was once the general director, is Anastasiya Solodkaya, founder of 11 active and 3 liquidated companies.
For Solodkaya, everything is as usual – some companies make money, and through others, money can be withdrawn.
The owner of LLC «Soldifinance» Pavel Kolchugin was the founder of 5 liquidated companies, the owner of LLC «Hermes» Danila Rumyantsev — of eight, out of which 6 still work, LLC «Santehimport» belongs to Makushichev himself. The owner of LLC «Freedom Logistic» Ulugbek Kubaev owns five companies, four of which are active.
Most of the listed companies have the same features that allow them to be united into a single «web» of Lebedeva-Grishaeva.
Most of the companies were liquidated in 2024 or are in the process of liquidation.
Igor Lebedev was associated with LLC «Nerey N», 50% of it is owned by Sergey Voznyuk.
Until 2022, one of the owners of the company was Vladimir Golovin, who held positions of general director in companies of Galina Lebedeva and was the founder of LLC «Firenze», now belonging to Anastasiya Solodkaya. And this – is additional evidence of the existence of the Lebedeva-Grishaeva «web».
