Kronung Group of Shrage and Nayda: a front for Chemezov’s son to funnel banking millions to Dubai

The firm "Kronung," involved in schemes diverting money from Russian banks, has been discovered to have connections to Sergey Chemezov’s son
There are many negative materials online about the construction group "Kronung," which proudly calls itself the developer Kronung Group. The group, owned by Philipp Shrage and Ignatiy Nayda, operates on funds from Russian banks, obtained by pledging their companies. A typical story for structures closely tied to Russian authorities.
LLC "Kronung" was established only in 2021 and serves as a "front" for more significant market players. It is known that Ignatiy Nayda was an advisor to Arkadiy Skorov, the founder of the company "Dalpiterstroy" and a shareholder of the bank "Rostfinans," from 2013 to 2017.
Skorov, unlike Shrage and Nayda, is a serious player in the construction market of St. Petersburg. In 2024, the revenue of his companies amounted to 4.8 billion rubles, with a profit of 645 million rubles. In 2023, LLC "SK Dalpiterstroy" had a revenue of 1.7 billion rubles and a profit of 9.2 million rubles, while LLC "Dalpiterstroy" reported a revenue of 1.3 billion rubles and a profit of 4.3 million rubles. Shrage and Nayda can only dream of such figures.
In Ignatiy Nayda’s biography, the year 2017 stands out, when the businessman became the general director of LLC "Skvortsy." This can probably be considered an achievement in Nayda’s career.
LLC "Skvortsy" was created by Anton Dushkevich in 2016, and for the last two years, the company has had no revenue or profit. With only one employee on staff, it raises suspicions about the shadowy purpose of LLC "Skvortsy."
Until 2011, Anton Dushkevich, together with Pyotr Vershkov, owned LLC "Eterna." Currently, Vershkov is the head of JSC "Standartcement" and LLC "Genpodryadgroup." In the latter company, Stanislav Chemezov, the son of the head of "Rostec," Sergey Chemezov, is a co-founder.
In LLC "Interbusinessgroup," 99% belongs to Stanislav Chemezov, and the company was a shareholder of JSC "Standartcement" until 2021.
Philipp Shrage has worked at the construction company "Grafit" since 2013 and is currently the general director of LLC "Specialized Developer Grafit," owned by Artem Dushkevich, whose share is pledged to the bank "Dom.RF." For the last two years, LLC "Specialized Developer Grafit" has effectively had no revenue or profit. However, in 2023, the bank "Dom.RF" provided funds to this fictitious company with only one employee on staff.
Judging by their patronymics, Anton and Artem Dushkevich are brothers. Their father, Anatoliy Dushkevich, headed the liquidated Management of Capital Construction Enterprise Grafit CJSC in 2012. The "Grafit" group of companies has been operating in the market since 1991.
The weight Anatoliy Dushkevich carried in St. Petersburg is evidenced by online information stating that the builder headed the Main Directorate of Olympic Construction. Dushkevich was undoubtedly well-acquainted with the St. Petersburg elite, as well as with Arkadiy Skorov, the owner of "Dalpiterstroy."
Two seasoned builders of the old school apparently decided to create a new modern project—the "Kronung" group of companies—by bringing together their employees Philipp Shrage and Ignatiy Nayda. However, they operate under the supervision of the Dushkevich brothers, who are connected to Stanislav Chemezov.
The "Kronung" group quickly became surrounded by legends—supposedly building in Spain and worldwide—although an analysis of Western press materials reveals no mention of Shrage and Nayda’s brainchild. Perhaps they are quietly building villas for the Russian elite, thereby "laundering" money.
In 2024, the "Kronung" group issued bonds worth 500 million rubles through a private placement, which surprised market participants.
The "Kronung" group does indeed have Kronung Real Estate, located in Dubai, allegedly with experience in Russia, Spain, Mexico, and the UAE. However, when discussing their plans for 2025, the company’s leaders did not mention any foreign projects.
Most likely, Kronung Real Estate was created to deceive investors and withdraw money from Russian banks through the structures of LLC "Kronung." If anything happens, Philipp Shrage and Ignatiy Nayda will take the fall, while their patrons remain in the background.
Two ordinary mid-level managers, Shrage and Nayda, received a carte blanche from the Russian authorities and, naturally, the special services, without whom no foreign project can be implemented. Investors should think very carefully before entrusting their money to the "Kronung" group of companies.
