The VChK-OGPU Telegram channel and Rucriminal.info continue to tell about the fate of the leaders of the defrauded miners-shareholders of Lebedinsky GOK, who are trying to get their money from Metalloinvest and Alisher Usmanov. The first of them, Andrei Burkin, was sent to prison for 9.5 years. At the same time, they eliminated a dangerous witness — Andrei Burkin’s wife Victoria was sent to a penal colony for 7 and a half years. The Burkins have been in inhumane conditions of a strict regime for a year and a half! And this is on a completely fabricated case of extortion.

Burkin participated in negotiations with Usmanov’s lawyers exclusively at their invitation and in no other way! That is, the initiators (provocateurs) of all the meetings were Usmanov-Moshiri’s people!

Andrey Burkin went to the negotiations on protecting the property rights of the dispossessed miners of Lebedinsky GOK with his wife Victoria at the request of a group of minority shareholders.

The easiest way to prove the fact of extortion is to offer the threatening "extortionist" a wad of cash and catch him red-handed.

Such an offer was made by Alex Tumanyan and Sergey Chibisov (representatives of Metalloinvest) at a meeting with Andrey Burkin at the Continental Hotel in Belgorod on December 7, 2023. But the fabricated case does not contain the very fact of unsuccessful negotiations to which Burkin was personally invited (or lured) by Nazim Efendiev, CEO of Metalloinvest!

A very curious and important fact of the negotiations — from the side of the so-called German lawyers, for the purity of the deal with the group of minority shareholders of LGOK, Igor Vladimirovich Eliseev, the general director of GURBEYZOLOTO, which receives financing from ... the head of ROSTEKH, Sergey Chemezov, arrived from Moscow! Chemezov is an old friend of Usmanov, flies on jets to his birthdays and other holidays in Uzbekistan. Tumanyan voiced the proposal of the management of the Metalloinvest company about compensation personally for Burkin in the amount of 48 million rubles for refusing a group of old miners-miners-miners with simultaneous deception — from the already agreed compensation of 50% of the market value, the updated condition assumed 25%. Andrei Burkin refused half a million euros (at the exchange rate) for betraying a group of fellow countrymen. At this moment, Victoria and Andrei noticed a sharp change in the mood of "lawyer" Eliseev I.V. who with pronounced irritation told Burkin — "You shouldn’t have said that! You should have agreed!".

Later Andrey found out that Igor Eliseev is not a lawyer, but according to publicly available data, he is Chemezov’s trusted person.

From the explanatory note of Andrey Burkin, which he handed over to Major Parasotsky from the Gubkin District Department of Internal Affairs, as a response to his questions about Burkin’s statement to Bastrykin, it is clear — the "extortionist" Burkin applied to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the right to protect his violated property rights!

This legal fact is unprecedented! "Extortionists" are seeking protection from law enforcement officers!

Then, as the VChK-OGPU already wrote, the traditional football followed: the Investigative Committee forwarded the statement about the crimes to the Belgorod department, from there to Gubkin, and from there Parasotsky again to Moscow with the words: "Where am I and where is Usmanov?! Do you understand who you are fighting?!"
