The Telegram channel VChK-OGPU and Rucriminal.info continue their investigation into the fraudulent activities of a network of companies led by Shukhrat Rasulov, the leader of the "TERRA" business club. The focus is on Anton Moskalenko, one of the key executors of schemes linked to Antarex and other Rasulov-affiliated entities.

A native of Georgia, Anton Shirinovich Moskalenko, 45, a mentor, opera singer, and Shukhrat Rasulov’s right-hand man, known in financial circles by the nickname @mosscard1, holds the position of "Head of the Terra Breakthrough" and is a speaker at the "School of Management" at the "TERRA" club. On social media, he positions himself as an entrepreneur, a crowdfunding expert, and a dedicated family man with a wife and two children, posting photos from his travels and cultural events without ostentatious luxury, but constantly promoting TERRA. Moskalenko previously taught internet marketing at the National Research University Higher School of Economics.

Anton Moskalenko coordinated Antarex’s operations in the theft of 650,000 USDT (over 54 million rubles), described in a previous article. After the victim company contacted him, he committed to returning the funds, but reneged on his promise the following day. Other defendants intervened in the conflict: Aslan (@kh_khalif) and Yuri Kvashonkin, the nominal beneficiary of ABCex and CEO of Lacoste LLC. They pressured the client through threats, including phrases like, "Don’t deal with us," "You have no idea who you’re writing against," and "You won’t be able to deliver the responses." Ultimately, the victims were only refunded $6,000, and Rasulov’s promises to resolve the situation within three weeks remained empty.

This case is not isolated. In August 2025, the Onlyfinance project, linked to Moskalenko, deprived traders of $60,000. The responses from project representatives, including the manager @aegis_ck, boiled down to standard excuses: "We’re not refusing, but we can’t return anything." Correspondence with the victims reveals identical patterns of evasion, confirming the systemic nature of the fraud.

The schemes carried out under the TERRA brand follow a clear algorithm: attracting clients through grandiose promises at club events, misappropriating funds under the guise of payment transactions, and then evading obligations. Today it’s Antarex or Onlyfinance, tomorrow it will be other projects from Rasulov’s network. The victims face not only financial losses but also pressure, including threats and attempts to discredit them. Rasulov and Moskalenko continue to host forums and sell TERRA courses, teaching "financial awareness" and "honest business." However, their activities demonstrate otherwise: entrepreneurs’ trust is being transformed into a tool for personal enrichment.

The Cheka-OGPU urges entrepreneurs to avoid cooperation with TERRA and related entities. In future articles, we will reveal new details about other projects within Rasulov’s network.
